Olney-Noble Airport is a two-runway municipal airport four-miles west of Olney.  The Olney-Noble Airport has a 4099 x 75ft runway and 3598 x 60ft runway.  Aviation fuel is available for purchase on site and rental cars are available.  FAA Identifier: OLY

Rail

 

The CSX Illinois Subdivision rail main stretches the length of Richland County.  Major rail ports that local businesses utilize are located in Evansville (IN), Mount Vernon (IL), and St. Louis (MO).  Although there is no immediate rail access, detailed plans have been developed for a switch, sidetrack, and rail spur on a 117-acre municipally owned industrial site.

Highways

 

The US 50 and IL 130 intersection is at the heart of Richland County.  The IL 130 corridor through Olney experiences average daily traffic counts of 12,000+, the highest in the surrounding eight county region.  The intersection of US 50 and IL 130 offers a great starting point for distributing or receiving product throughout the Midwest.  I-64, I-57, I-57, US 41, and I-69 are within a one-hour drive, providing access to major markets.
